The Wake Forest University Center for Private Business supports and serves privately and family-held businesses across North Carolina.
The Wake Forest University Center for Private Business is a premium business organization, but the old layout did not support this perception.
Supporting our partner, branding agency Elephant In The Room, our goal was to plan and build the WordPress architecture that will:
Some links in the menu are not visible due to low contrast with the background color.
For some reason, the menu was expanding on specific screen resolutions without any trigger.
The mobile menu has several levels and multiple interface approaches.
Text is embedded on the image, cut off when it's scaled, and label placement unawareness.
Different mobile menus are triggered at various locations of the site.
There is uneven space between the fields and labels. Checkbox labels are not aligned.
The content is cut off at specific screen resolutions.
The embedded text on some images is too small for reading.
We worked with our branding agency partner Elephant In The Room, on this project. They developed great branding while we, as a WordPress Specialized Agency, handled the technical part of the project.
Together we helped WFU Center for Private Business in:
To enable privately held businesses to thrive by helping them to achieve dreams for their business, family, employees, community, and stakeholders by providing access to industry leaders, resources, networks, and education.
Bring Your Whole Self So We Can Learn and Grow Together.
We are committed to growing and empowering a diverse community of leaders who strive to build better, more equitable businesses.
It is our hope that the Center for Private Business continues to be a catalyst for economic growth and deeply embedded in the social prosperity of our region and beyond.
